You used the words house and home. We’ll get back to those. First let me pose a question. When you go to sell or trade a car what’s the 1st thing you do? Detail it, right? You get that car shining from the inside out, all the clutter gone and smelling good. Why? Because you want top dollar.
Now, lets go back to home and house. We are taking your home and turning it into a house that is available to every qualified buyer in the market place. Very different than being a home you live in. I would also bet that it’s worth more than your car. Would you not then give it the same spit shine, de-clutter, smell great treatment you would a car? You decide.
